If the rule ChildSupportOption is set to "Transfer all child support income of capped children", child support income of capped children is treated differently than child support income of non-capped children when determining eligibility and benefits. When determining income for eligibility testing, the amount specified by ChildSupportDisregard_Eligibility is only applied to the child support income associated with non-capped children, and an additional rule, ChildSupportDisregard_CappedChild specifies a per-child disregard for the income associated with capped children. Similiarly, when calculating benefits, the amount specified by ChildSupportDisregard_Benefit is applied only to the the child support income of the non-capped children, and the same disregard that was applied to the capped children's income when determining eligibility is applied for benefit computation as well. Finally, the amount in ChildSupportTransferToFamily (or percentage in ChildSupportTransferPercent) is only applied to the child support income associated with non-capped children, and all of the income associated with capped children is transferred.
